Right now, Oakwood Village Prairie Ridge (5565 Tancho Drive) & University Woods (6165 Mineral Point Road) Campuses have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant. In this position, you will play a vital and positive role in helping our residents with activities of daily living to include personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry, housekeeping, and dining services.


Great pay starting at $15.38 (we pay more for experience) plus an additional $0.75 for hours worked weekends. There is also an additional $1.25 for hours worked on the NOC shift.


-Full-time positions are eligible for benefits. Part-time positions are also available.


-Higher need for PM shift currently.


Specific requirements:



  • 16 years of age or older to work in the Skilled Nursing Facility (18 years or older to work in the Assisted Living)

  • Experience in providing services and support to older adults with physical, cognitive, and memory incapacities. Patience for & understanding of older adults

  • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company

  • Ability to handle physical aspects of job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and walking for periods of time

  • Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

  • CNA license in Wisconsin
