Greetings!

My name is Mario diGesu and I started T or C Physical Therapy in 1999 out of a closet sized space in a small local gym in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.

T or C Physical Therapy was the first private practice in our area and it has been my passion and livelihood to serve our community for the last 23 years. As I start looking towards retirement, I am ready to pass the baton and sell my business to a motivated, adventuresome, hardworking, and skillful Physical Therapist who is ready for independence, challenge, growth, and financial opportunity.

I own my buildings, property, and equipment so someone can just purchase the practice or they can purchase everything. If someone wants to create their own business in my space, I am open to a partnership/mentorship agreement as well. All suggestions and offers will be considered, as well as owner financing.

Truth or Consequences is a great rural town that is nestled in the Rio Grand Valley in southern New Mexico. The climate is dry and typically warm and there is plenty of opportunity to recreate as we live in Sierra County which is home to Elephant Butte Lake, New Mexico's largest lake. The Rio Grand River flows through Sierra County and the mountainous Gila Wilderness is a short drive away. We live in an outdoor recreational paradise!
