Nurse Manager -----------------------------

Four Winds Hospitals, a Leading Provider of Psychiatric Inpatient Services in Northern Westchester that treats children & adolescents and adults, is seeking a full time Nursing Clinical and Administrative leader of an inpatient unit.

• Responsible for the provision and management of a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients.

• Acts as a clinical role model providing leadership, teaching and supervision to unit nursing staff.

• Works alongside the unit Program Director and Medical Director to deliver a team approach to patient care.

Active NYS RN license and 2 years nursing leadership or nursing experience required.

BSN preferred.

Tuition Assistance.

Experienced based salary scale starting at $45.50 per hour with additional for, education and leadership experience

Nurse Supervisors -----------------------------

Four Winds Hospitals, a Leading Provider of Psychiatric Inpatient Services in Northern Westchester that treats children & adolescents and adults, is seeking a full time Nursing Clinical and Administrative leader of an inpatient unit.

3:00pm – 11:00pm, 5 days a week, Monday – Friday.

8:30pm – 9:30am, 3 days a week.

• Responsible for the provision and management of a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients.

• Works alongside the Chief Nursing Officer to act as a clinical role model providing leadership, teaching and supervision to nursing staff.

• Active NYS RN license and 5 years psychiatric nurse experience.

• Supervisory experience required.

Experienced based salary scale starting at $45.50 per hour
with additional for degrees and night differential.
